By agreeing to participate as a sponsor at the conference you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.
PAYMENT CANCELLATION
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax – 15%).
The full payment for the sponsorship must be received on the 20th of the month following the original invoice date.
If full payment is not received by this date The Combined Community Trusts reserves the right to re-assign your sponsorship.
All payments should be made in New Zealand dollars, by credit card or direct debit.
INSURANCE/LIABILITY
Sponsors must ensure that they are adequately covered with public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
The conference organisers accept no liability for damage to sponsors equipment by loss, damage, theft, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots, or any cause whatsoever. Sponsors are advised to insure against such liability.
In the event of the conference and/or exhibition being cancelled in cases of circumstances beyond their control, The Combined Community Trusts will refund any money paid to the sponsor/exhibitor after deduction of reasonable expenses for any benefits already delivered. The Combined Community Trusts will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the sponsor in preparation of materials for the conference, or the supply of goods and services.
