This is one of the most important activities on the Combined Community Trusts calendar and is an opportunity to focus on critical issues of local and national philanthropic interest and importance as we partner with communities and organisations throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.

Attended by over 200 Staff, Trustees, Chief Executives and Fund Managers, the 2024 Biennial Conference is a premium sponsorship opportunity. 

The 12 Combined Community Trusts of New Zealand are the custodians of over 3.5 billion dollars of investments and collectively grant approximately 100 million dollars back into thousands of organisations New Zealand wide every year.

Sponsorship opportunities

THE BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING AS A SPONSOR:

Conference Naming Sponsor
$15,000 + GST SOLD

This level of sponsorship will only be available to one organisation.

    • Naming rights in conjunction with the Combined Community Trusts to include co-branding on all conference material

    • Verbal acknowledgement as the Naming Rights Sponsor at the commencement of each day by either the session chair or Conference MC

    • Recognition as the Naming Rights Sponsor on audio visual display at the conference

    • Acknowledgement in digital communications (website, email and social media)

    • Company logo on the conference website, with a link to company’s website

    • 50 word profile of company or products, with contact details included in the Conference app

    • Company logo placed on sponsorship signage at the conference

    • Full delegate list, with name, organisation and email (subject to permission of delegate)

    • Guest speaker at Welcome reception (5 minutes)

    • Four complimentary conference registrations

    • Four complimentary tickets to the conference dinner

Platinum Sponsor
$10,000 + GST

    • Verbal acknowledgement as a Platinum Sponsor at the commencement of each day by either the session chair or Conference MC

    • Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor on audio visual display at the conference

    • Acknowledgement in digital communications (website, email and social media)

    • Company logo on the conference website, with a link to company’s website

    • 50 word profile of company or products, with contact details included in the Conference app

    • Company logo placed on sponsorship signage at the conference

    • Full delegate list, with name, organisation and email (subject to permission of delegate)

    • Opportunity to display a free-standing company banner (maximum 2m high by 1m wide) in the catering area throughout the conference.

    • Three complimentary conference registrations

    • Three complimentary tickets to the conference dinner

Gold Sponsor
$8,000 + GST

    • Verbal acknowledgement as a Gold Sponsor at the commencement of each day by either the session chair or Conference MC

    • Recognition as a Gold Sponsor on audio visual display at the conference

    • Acknowledgement in digital communications (website, email and social media)

    • Company logo on the conference website, with a link to company’s website

    • 50 word profile of company or products, with contact details included in the Conference app

    • Company logo placed on sponsorship signage at the conference

    • Two complimentary conference registrations

    • Two complimentary tickets to the conference dinner

Silver Sponsor
$5,000 + GST

    • Verbal acknowledgement as a Silver Sponsor at the commencement of each day by either the session chair or Conference MC

    • Recognition as a Silver Sponsor on audio visual display at the conference

    • Acknowledgement in digital communications (website, email and social media)

    • Company logo on the conference website, with a link to company’s website

    • 50 word profile of company or products, with contact details included in the Conference app

    • Company logo placed on sponsorship signage at the conference

    • One complimentary conference registration

    • One complimentary ticket to the conference dinner

  • By agreeing to participate as a sponsor at the conference you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. 

    PAYMENT CANCELLATION 

    • All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax – 15%). 

    • The full payment for the sponsorship must be received on the 20th of the month following the original invoice date. 

    • If full payment is not received by this date The Combined Community Trusts reserves the right to re-assign your sponsorship. 

    • All payments should be made in New Zealand dollars, by credit card or direct debit. 

    INSURANCE/LIABILITY 

    • Sponsors must ensure that they are adequately covered with public liability and professional indemnity insurance. 

    • The conference organisers accept no liability for damage to sponsors equipment by loss, damage, theft, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots, or any cause whatsoever. Sponsors are advised to insure against such liability. 

    • If a domestic lock-down means we have to switch to a completely virtual model of conferencing, for sponsors this would mean a change in benefits to a digital platform which would offer visibility on live streams as well as extended promotional options to ensure your benefits are received. 

    • In the event of the conference and/or exhibition being cancelled in cases of circumstances beyond their control, The Combined Community Trusts will refund any money paid to the sponsor/exhibitor after deduction of reasonable expenses for any benefits already delivered. The Combined Community Trusts will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the sponsor in preparation of materials for the conference, or the supply of goods and services.
